These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any legal proceedings relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, nothing in these Terms shall affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation. Either party may initiate this process by providing written notice to the other party describing the nature of the dispute and the proposed resolution.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days from the date of the initial written notice, either party may submit the dispute to mediation administered by the Singapore Mediation Centre in accordance with its mediation rules.
If mediation is unsuccessful within sixty (60) days from the commencement of mediation, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, or, by mutual written agreement, to arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with the SIAC Rules of Arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and post the revised Terms on our website.
Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email or through a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our website or services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue your use of our website and services.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
